This is a night/overnight 3rd shift position, and candidates must be flexible and comfortable working overnight shifts. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Leadership and the ability to motivate employees. Ability to prioritize multiple, and often, competing obligations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Able to plan labor needs in advance. Intermodal or management experience a plus, but willing to invest and train the right individuals. Strong knowledge and focus on safety and compliance with the ability to consult with and train staff on the subject. Strong desire to train and upskill team members. Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays that fall on your rotation. Must be flexible with hours.
