The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, strong site execution skills, and a valid UAE driving licence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out site activities. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. Supervise civil and interior finishing works including gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, carpentry, and related works. Read and interpret architectural, shop, and MEP drawings. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and workmanship. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports. Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements. Manage snagging, rectification, inspections, and project handover. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site. Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out – Mandatory. BE/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, OR Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory. Good knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works. Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Salary AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant UAE experience. Important: Only candidates with relevant UAE interior fit-out experience and a valid UAE driving licence will be considered.
