The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, site experience, and the ability to coordinate and manage fit-out works from start to completion. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. * Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, construction methods, and site execution. * Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients. * Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and BOQs. * Good knowledge of site supervision, quality control, and project coordination. * Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out works at site. * Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team. * Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship. * Prepare and follow up on material requirements, inspections, and approvals. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site requirements. * Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely completion. * Maintain proper site records and progress updates. Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Employment: Full-time Visa: Company visa provided.
