Location: Lusail, Qatar Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities Supervise gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery and other finishing trades Allocate manpower across work zones and monitor daily productivity Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper work sequencing Maintain daily photographic records of site progress and quality Identify and document extra works/variations with photos and measurements Prepare variation reports and submit them to the Senior Fit-out Site Engineer Inspect completed areas and ensure finishing quality before Consultant inspection Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in interior finishing/fit-out projects Strong subcontractor supervision and manpower coordination skills Good understanding of interior design and fit-out shop drawings Strong eye for finishing quality and workmanship Well-organised with experience in progress and variation documentation Application Question(s): Do you have 8+ years of experience in interior finishing or fit-out projects?
