The role is hands-on: running tradesmen on the ground, photographing progress daily, capturing variations with evidence, and handing over finished zones ready for Consultant inspection. Responsibilities: - Organise and distribute site labour and specialised tradesmen (gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery) across zones per the Senior Fit-out Site Engineer's priorities - Maintain rigorous daily photographic tracking of all ongoing finishing works - Identify, isolate and photograph any extra works or variations outside the original scope - Compile and submit variation reports backed by photographic evidence and measurements - Verify finished zones meet required finishing standards before handover for Consultant inspection - Control subcontractors on the ground, enforcing productivity, sequencing and finishing quality discipline Requirements: - Hands-on experience supervising interior finishing works across multiple trades - Ability to read and interpret interior design and fit-out shop drawings - Strong subcontractor and labour control on active finishing sites - Disciplined photographic documentation and variation reporting habits - Clear escalation habits for scope, quality or subcontractor performance issues Experience: 8+ years Location: Lusail, Qatar Apply here: https://dtire.ddimtalentintelligence.com/apply/fh4kbkrxss3b Email: careers@mind-stream.net WhatsApp: +974 30107270 Application Question(s): Do you have valid Qatar Id?
