Technical Drawings / Draughting Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and fabrication drawings for joinery, furniture, ceilings, partitions, glass, metal works, etc. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed dimensions. Modify drawings based on site requirements and consultant/client comments. Prepare as-built drawings after completion. 2. Project Coordination Coordinate between , site team, production team, QS, procurement, and suppliers . Follow up on drawing approvals and revisions. Track project progress against the planned schedule. Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team. Communicate site issues and required changes to the project team. Attend site visits and verify measurements when required. Prepare material/sample requirements and coordinate approvals. 3. Site & Production Coordination Check whether site dimensions match the approved drawings. Coordinate with the workshop/factory for fabrication requirements. Provide clarification to the production and installation teams. Identify drawing or measurement discrepancies before fabrication. Coordinate delivery and installation requirements. 4. Documentation Maintain drawing registers and revision records. Maintain approved drawings, pending drawings, and rejected/revised drawings. Prepare daily/weekly project updates. Maintain project correspondence and technical documentation. Track RFI, material approvals, shop drawing approvals, and site instructions where applicable. Important Skills AutoCAD – essential SketchUp/Revit/3D software – advantageous Microsoft Excel & Word Understanding of joinery and interior fit-out Knowledge of materials and construction details Good understanding of dimensions and measurements Project coordination and follow-up skills Communication with site and office teams Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
