This is a dual role: you design the space and then own its delivery. You will develop interior and architectural concepts, produce 2D and 3D documentation, and manage the fitout through procurement, site works and handover. Key responsibilities Design Develop concepts, mood boards, space plans and material palettes based on client briefs Produce 2D working drawings (layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling and flooring plans, joinery details) and 3D visualisations and renders Prepare and issue GFC drawings, shop drawings and finish schedules Select FF&E, finishes and materials within budget and lead times Present design proposals to clients and revise based on feedback Project management Convert approved designs into BOQs and support costing and tendering Plan project schedules, milestones and resource requirements Coordinate with MEP, civil, joinery and specialist subcontractors Supervise site execution, conduct inspections and ensure work matches approved drawings and quality standards Manage variations, RFIs, material submittals and approvals Control project cost, timeline and snagging through to final handover and client sign-off Liaise with authorities and consultants for approvals where required Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design Minimum 3 years of fitout project experience (design and site delivery) Proficiency in 2D and 3D drawings and visualisation — AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, MS Project Working knowledge of fitout materials, joinery, MEP coordination and Omani/GCC site practice Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus Oman driving licence preferred Skills Strong design sense paired with practical buildability, drawing accuracy and detailing, budget and programme control, client presentation, and the ability to run several projects at once across design desk and site.
