Key Responsibilities Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential villa and renovation projects. Prepare detailed interior drawings, layouts, elevations, mood boards, and material selections. Create 3D visualizations and design presentations for clients. Select finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and materials according to project requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve design objectives. Review shop drawings and ensure design standards are maintained. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved concepts. Provide practical and aesthetic design solutions. Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field . Minimum 4–5 years of Interior Design experience in Dubai, UAE . Strong experience in villa construction, luxury renovation, and residential projects . Excellent knowledge of interior finishes, materials, space planning, and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software . Strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prepare professional client presentations and design proposals. Preference will be given to European candidates with strong design portfolios Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
