The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and coordinating design implementation with site and project teams. Key Responsibilities Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning based on project requirements. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and design presentations. Prepare material selections, mood boards, finishes, and furniture layouts. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections. Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions. Ensure interior works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate design changes and resolve site-related design issues. Assist with BOQs, specifications, quotations, and project documentation. Monitor quality, timelines, and design requirements during project execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field . 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction projects. Previous Bahrain experience is preferred . Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and interior detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage. Ability to read and prepare technical/construction drawings. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented. Must be currently available in Bahrain. Immediate joiner or short notice period is preferred.
