Project Management : Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including direct communication with clients and consultants. Manage timelines, budgets, and all stages of the project. Adaptability & Teamwork : Effectively multi-task and thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication Skills : Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity in delivering messages and updates to clients and stakeholders. Follow-up Responsibilities: Concept Design & Space Planning : Develop initial design concepts, create space plans, and prepare compelling presentations for client review and approval. Tender Documentation & Detailed Drawings : Prepare detailed tender documentation and drawings that meet design specifications and project requirements. Compliance with Regulations : Ensure the design and execution of the project adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Client Meetings & Progress Reporting : Attend meetings with clients to discuss design progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates on milestones. Vendor Negotiations : Actively engage with vendors, using persuasive and influential communication to secure the best value for the project. Skills & Experience Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must At least 2 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
