Organize work in relation to the established project procedures. Project procedures include Control of Records and Drawing Standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to interpret plans / drawings correctly; Demonstrate ability to work under pressure on project timely, deliver best practices and tools for project execution and management Demonstrate ability to work on multiple tasking on project with minimum supervision. Provides direction to interior design team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced; Coordinates with consultants if needed. Enforces document management system and ensures that drawings comply with local and international standards; Provides administrative and technical support to interior design team; Responsible for the Quality Control of drawings in accordance with the established CAD standards of workmanship and sensitive to drawing details; Proficient in space planning, conceptual design, detailing and construction documentation Performs such other related tasks which are considered vital and relevant to your services as Interior Designer; Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction; Responsible for the interior design projects with innovative approach to a design solution; Select appropriate materials for use in interior designs. Assist and support other design teams working on other projects to meet their deadlines during crunch time.
