The candidate will be responsible for design development, preparing drawings, and supporting project execution across various interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations Produce fit-out and joinery drawings for execution Coordinate with CAD team, project managers, and site engineers Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions Participate in client meetings and presentations Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards Requirements (Mandatory): Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Proficiency in 3D software (SketchUp / Enscape / D5 / 3ds Max mandatory) Fluent in English (spoken and written – mandatory) Preferred: UAE/GCC experience Experience in commercial projects (offices, retail, F&B) Knowledge of authority approvals (DM, DCD, etc.) Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus Skills & Competencies: Strong creativity and attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Ability to meet deadlines Team-oriented with problem-solving ability Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
