The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, and space planning , with the ability to develop concepts and transform them into practical, high-quality designs. IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED Key Responsibilities Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations . Develop detailed design proposals based on client requirements and project specifications. Prepare furniture layouts, material selections, finishes, and color schemes. Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and contractors. Conduct site visits and ensure designs are practical and aligned with site conditions. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for execution. Review shop drawings and coordinate design requirements with the site team. Assist in material selection and provide design recommendations. Ensure projects meet required quality, design, and finishing standards. Make revisions based on client feedback and project requirements. Monitor design implementation and provide technical support during execution. Maintain organized project files, drawings, and design documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field . Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, or construction. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or other relevant design software . Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing. Strong space-planning and visualization skills. Ability to read and prepare technical drawings. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. UAE experience is preferred.
