# INTERIOR DESIGNER **Al-hattab Group of Companies** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We're Hiring: Interior Designer We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to develop creative, functional, and visually appealing interior design solutions that meet client requirements, project objectives, and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities - Understand client requirements and translate them into creative interior design concepts. - Develop design proposals, sketches, layouts, and mood boards. - Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, equipment (FFE), materials, finishes, and décor. - Prepare design presentations and propose innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. - Conduct site visits to assess spaces and ensure design feasibility. - Coordinate with the interior design team and draftsmen to ensure drawings accurately reflect the approved concepts. - Use design software to develop and present high-quality design solutions. - Identify alternative design approaches and materials to address implementation challenges. - Prepare design quotations and contracts when required, reporting to the Head of Design. - Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, durability, sustainability, and budget requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage. - 7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools. - Sound knowledge of local and international design standards, codes, and regulations. - Excellent creative thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
