THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 5–10 years of professional experience in interior design. Strong experience in healthcare projects such as hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or healthcare facilities. Solid understanding of healthcare design standards, planning, functionality, and patient experience . Experience developing projects from concept design through detailed design and execution. Valid Iqama is mandatory. Registered with SEC (Saudi Engineering Council) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, specifications, and technical detailing. Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, MEP, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite . Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia / GCC is highly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop interior design concepts and design proposals for healthcare environments. Prepare design presentations, layouts, material selections, and detailed drawings. Coordinate interior design requirements with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations. Review materials, finishes, shop drawings, and mock-ups. Support the project team throughout design development and construction stages. Location: Riyadh (Required) Work Location: In person
