# Interior Design and Sales Executive **Fit It Mates** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role A growing multi-division contracting and interior fit-out company based in Dubai is looking for a talented and commercially driven Interior Designer with strong sales ability to join the team. This is not a studio-only role. You will be client-facing from day one, meeting prospects, presenting design concepts, following up on quotations, and helping convert enquiries into confirmed projects. You will also own the design output from concept through to production-ready drawings. The ideal candidate combines genuine design talent with the confidence to sell their ideas directly to clients and close business. Key Responsibilities Design Produce concept designs, mood boards, material selections, and space planning layouts for joinery, fit-out, and renovation projects Create accurate 3D visualisations and photorealistic renders for client presentations Prepare technical shop drawings and working drawings for production and site teams Develop full design packages from initial brief through to construction documentation Stay current on material trends, finishes, hardware, and supplier options relevant to joinery and fit-out Sales and Client Management Meet clients to understand project briefs, budgets, and design preferences Present design proposals confidently and handle client feedback and revisions Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending decisions proactively Support the commercial team in converting leads into confirmed and signed-off projects Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referral opportunities Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events Coordination Communicate client requirements clearly to the production, workshop, and site teams Review shop drawings and production output against the approved design Conduct site visits at key project stages to ensure design intent is maintained Coordinate with suppliers on material lead times, samples, and specifications Software Requirements You must be proficient in most of the following: AutoCAD — technical drawings and floor plans SketchUp — 3D modelling and spatial layouts 3ds Max or equivalent — detailed 3D modelling V-Ray or Enscape — photorealistic rendering Adobe Photoshop — image editing and presentation visuals Adobe Illustrator — graphics and layout work Adobe InDesign — client-facing design proposals and presentations Revit — an advantage but not mandatory Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Requirements Minimum 3 years UAE experience in interior design, joinery, or fit-out Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality 3D renders and technical drawings Comfortable in a client-facing sales environment, not just a back-office design role Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage Ability to manage multiple projects and client briefs simultaneously Must be currently based in the UAE Preferred Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline UAE driving license Existing relationships with developers, architects, consultants, or property professionals Experience working within a joinery workshop or fit-out company environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive basic salary based on experience and portfolio Commission structure on confirmed projects Visa sponsorship provided Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law Career growth within a scaling business Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED4,800.00 per month Application Question(s): Please list the design software you use and your proficiency level in each.
