# Interior Architect & Furniture Design Engineer **Nazart** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Architect & Furniture Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior design, furniture design, joinery, technical drawings, and project execution, with the ability to transform design concepts into practical, manufacturable, and high-quality solutions. ‎ Key Responsibilities: * Develop interior design concepts based on client and project requirements. * Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations. * Produce detailed architectural, interior, furniture, and joinery drawings. * Prepare 3D designs and high-quality renderings. * Design custom furniture and specify materials, dimensions, finishes, and technical details. * Select suitable materials, finishes, fabrics, wood, metal, glass, and accessories. * Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and technical specifications. * Coordinate with suppliers, factories, joinery workshops, contractors, and site teams. * Review samples and mock-ups before final production. * Follow up furniture manufacturing, procurement, delivery, and installation. * Conduct site visits and ensure execution complies with approved drawings and specifications. * Identify and resolve technical issues during production and site execution. * Manage design revisions and ensure approved changes are properly documented. * Conduct quality inspections, prepare snag lists, and follow up until project handover. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * Relevant experience in interior design, furniture, joinery, and fit-out execution. * Experience dealing with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors. * Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing. * Good understanding of projects from design stage through manufacturing, installation, and final handover. * Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or office projects is preferred. ‎ Technical Skills: * AutoCAD * Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max * Enscape / Corona / V-Ray or equivalent rendering software * Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator and InDesign are an advantage * Furniture & Joinery detailing * BOQ & Quantity Take-Off * Strong knowledge of finishing materials and furniture manufacturing methods Key Competencies: Creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, communication, client handling, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ‎ To apply: Please send your CV and portfolio to manufacturing@nazart.com Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
