The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and according to company standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead approved CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning. - Develop and manage project scopes, budgets and timelines. - Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans. - Prepare project status reports and monitor KPIs. - Support technical improvements and equipment installations. - Ensure compliance with EHS and safety requirements. - Support budget control and investment proposals. Qualifications - Qualification in Engineering or related technical field. - Minimum 5 years experience managing industrial CAPEX projects. - Manufacturing or process industry experience preferred. - Strong project management and contractor management skills. - Knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles. - Experience with SAP PM or equivalent systems.
