Interim Multi-Site Operations Manager – Care Homes South East England | 5 days per week | Immediate start | Interim Kata Care Solutions is looking to speak with an experienced Interim Operations Manager / Regional Manager for a fantastic multi-site assignment supporting two care homes in the South East. This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with two Registered Managers who are relatively new in post and supporting them as they continue to strengthen their services, teams and day-to-day operations. The role will be split across both homes each week, approximately two days in one service and three days in the other, with support from the wider senior leadership and quality teams. We’re looking for someone who can bring calm, confidence and practical leadership into both homes. Someone who enjoys working alongside managers, helping them prioritise, building strong teams and turning improvement plans into sustainable day-to-day practice. The role will include: Providing operational leadership across two care homes Coaching and supporting Registered Managers Supporting service improvement and turnaround activity Strengthening governance, quality assurance and CQC readiness Supporting staffing, culture and team development Helping managers prioritise actions and maintain momentum Reviewing operational risks and supporting practical solutions Working closely with senior leadership and quality colleagues Helping embed strong systems and ways of working across both homes We’d love to hear from experienced Operations Managers, Regional Managers, Peripatetic Managers or senior Registered Managers with a strong background in CQC-regulated residential and/or nursing care. Experience supporting services through periods of change, improvement or turnaround would be particularly valuable. Interested?
