# Inter CA - Direct Taxation **ROOTS RECRUITMENT SERVICES** · Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Income Tax Compliance  Preparation and review of Income Tax Returns for: o Individuals & HNIs o Partnership Firms LLPs o Companies o Trusts & Charitable Institutions  Tax computations and tax planning assignments  Advance Tax and Self-Assessment Tax calculations  Analysis of AIS, TIS and Form 26AS TDS Compliance  Quarterly TDS Return filing and review  TDS reconciliations and correction statements  Form 16 & Form 16A generation  Resolution of TDS notices and defaults Tax Litigation & Representation  Drafting replies to Income Tax notices  Assisting in scrutiny and assessment proceedings  Preparation of submissions before tax authorities  Exposure to appeals before CIT(A) and ITAT Transfer Pricing  Preparation of transfer pricing documentation  Benchmarking support and data analysis  Form 3CEB compliance assistance Trust & NGO Compliance  Trust registrations and renewals  Return filing and exemption-related compliances  Charity Commissioner compliances  Advisory on trust taxation matters Client Interaction  Direct communication with clients  Understanding business models and transactions  Managing compliance timelines and deliverables Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
