ROLE SUMMARY Cosmic Biotech is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to drive and coordinate execution across the marketing function. This role sits at the center of Growth, E-commerce, Content, Design, Trade, Website and Science, converting strategic direction into structured plans, timelines and deliverables, and ensuring campaigns and launches move from idea to market efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and manage the master marketing and launch calendar across all channels and teams. - Translate brand, product and go-to-market strategy into actionable plans, timelines and deliverables. - Coordinate execution across Growth, E-commerce, Content, Design, Trade, Website, Science and external partners. - Manage launch readiness — track dependencies across teams and flag risks before they become delays. - Track deliverables, timelines and execution status; maintain one reliable source of truth for progress. - Coordinate external agencies, production partners and vendors, from brief through delivery. - Consolidate reporting from marketing sub-functions into clear updates for management review. - Track approved marketing budgets against planned and actual expenditure. - Identify execution bottlenecks and drive them to resolution across teams and seniority levels. - Ensure every campaign and launch moves from strategy to execution without dropped handoffs. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Approximately 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience preferred, with broad exposure across brand, digital, content, trade and e-commerce. Exceptional candidates with fewer years but strong demonstrated judgement may also be considered. - Demonstrated ability to build and run a launch calendar spanning multiple teams and dependencies. - Strong judgement and prioritisation — able to determine what needs to happen, in what sequence, by when, and through whom. - Experience coordinating external agencies and vendors, and tracking budgets against spend. - Structured, organised communicator, able to consolidate scattered updates into clear reporting. - MBA or formal business education preferred, not mandatory — decision-making ability matters more than credentials. - Prior experience in pharma, nutraceutical, wellness or FMCG marketing is an advantage. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We want a practical planner, not a candidate who reads well on paper alone. Shortlisted candidates should expect a practical launch-planning exercise as part of the interview process.
