Role Description The Insurance Agency Leader is a full-time, hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This position is responsible for overseeing daily agency operations, guiding insurance advisors, and ensuring sales targets and service standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing sales and client service strategies. The role also involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Insurance Agency Leader will collaborate with management on strategic planning, support training initiatives, and help foster a positive, high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields, with exposure to sales, client management, or agency operations.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring, performance coaching, and team development.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional relationships.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including the ability to collaborate in-person in Makati and work independently from home.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering excellent client service and achieving agency goals.
