Job Overview This is a remote position in which you will call insurance companies to check the status of claims and log the status into our system. This position has one shift with hours of 9:00am - 5:30am EST (New York Time) with a thirty minute break. Requirements Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ( ) Quiet work area with low background noise for calls. Excellent English speaker Ability to work with an internet-based workflow. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. Prior call center experience preferred.
