Title: Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense Practice (3-10 Years Litigation Experience)

Location: San Francisco (Remote-Friendly)

Hours: Full-Time

Exempt Status: Non-Exempt

Benefit-eligible: Yes

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications (Competitive Salary and Benefits)

• 3-10 years of litigation experience required
• Experience in construction defect and/or insurance defense preferred, but not required
• Outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a niche practice area
