Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join our legal team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex litigation matters related to insurance coverage disputes, providing expert legal counsel and advocacy.

Qualifications Litigation, arbitration, and/or insurance/reinsurance experience.

Experience handling discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and court proceedings.

A Juris Doctorate (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Must have exceptional legal research, writing, communication, analytical, time management, organizational, and verbal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
