Insurance Claims Manager, Non-Motor & Motor lines

Job Summary: Lead and manage Motor and Non-Motor Claims operations, ensuring timely and fair claims assessment and settlement, cost control, regulatory compliance, and efficient claims management in line with company policies and CBUAE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Motor and Non-Motor claims assessment, investigation, approval, and settlement.
• Manage complex and high-value claims, claims reserves, fraud investigations, recoveries, and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations, CBUAE requirements, and internal claims procedures.
• Monitor claims costs, loss ratios, turnaround times, and departmental KPIs.
• Manage relationships with brokers, garages, loss adjusters, surveyors, lawyers, and reinsurers.
• Lead, direct, and develop the claims team of 7-8 members and report claims performance to Senior Management. Oversee the performance and deliverables of all team members.
• Liaise with CB UAE as and when it is required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; professional insurance qualifications such as ACII or FIII is mandatory.
• Minimum 15-20 years of general insurance claims experience, including at least ole in a reputed Insurance company in UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of Motor and Non-Motor claims and CB UAE insurance regulations.
• Excellent team management, leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Reporting to: Head of Technical and/or General Manager.

Salary: Up to AED 35K + Annual benefits.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per hour
