Your Role & Impact As a trusted advisor to our clients, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Manage policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews Provide tailored insurance solutions to protect clients’ assets Build long-term relationships through outstanding service Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding Assist clients with claims questions and guidance Partner with carriers and internal teams to deliver seamless service What You Bring 3–7 years of commercial lines insurance experience Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products Proven ability to manage relationships independently Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong communication and client service mindset Experience with agency management systems (AMS360, Applied/EPIC etc.) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Performance bonuses & incentives Comprehensive benefits: PAID medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Generous PTO + paid holidays Hybrid work flexibility after 3 months.
