Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions. Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through networking, community engagement, and targeted outreach. Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options to secure optimal agreements for clients and the company. Present comprehensive insurance options across various lines including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products. Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems accurately. Analyze client data to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to expand account portfolios. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance policies, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitive offerings. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of commercial insurance products along with health, life, property casualty, and benefits administration is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management. Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions. Customer relationship building expertise combined with outstanding customer service capabilities. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
