The pre-screening interview will be conducted over the phone or Microsoft Teams. ### What You'll Do - Design and create materials, programs, curriculum, and course content for online training, catering to both classroom and self-directed learning environments. - Utilize authoring tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing software to develop engaging content for instructor-led training and microlearning modules. Familiarity with Cognota is a plus. - Develop engaging content for virtual and in-person classroom settings based on supplied materials, ideas, and stakeholder feedback. - Produce a range of learning deliverables (courses, games, videos, quizzes) that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise. - Apply adult learning models, including Agile, ADDIE, and the Dick & Carey Models, to guide the content development process. - Ensure timely production of materials within budget and in line with the training roadmap. - Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and deliver high-quality materials. - Create templates and master files for training resources. - Develop instructor manuals, rubrics, and other supporting tools for facilitators. - Understand branding and the technical specifications required for digital outputs. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
