The end-user for learning materials is the commercial team (sales representatives and managers). Expected commitment 16+ hours weekly. Job Description Essential Responsibilities : - Instructional design work following the ADDIE process and best practices for Adult Learning - eLearning design and development using Articulate 360 applications, Vyond, Adobe suite, and other creation tools - Program management and curriculum development - Evaluation of existing and future learning materials - Potential for LMS (learning management system) tasks and operations Qualifications/Requirements : - Education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent certification) related to Instructional Design completed or in progress - Portfolio submission strongly preferred, showcasing instructional design work created with tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content development platforms - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail - Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction - Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines - Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve - Team player with strong interpersonal skills About Us: Healthcare’s Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used in medical imaging exams to improve the visibility of organs, blood vessels or tissues, often helping radiologists distinguish between normal and abnormal conditions.
