Installation Manager & Production Co-Ordinator

Overview As Installation Manager & Production Co-Ordinator, you will organise production and installation activities, keeping work aligned across teams and supporting consistent delivery. You will coordinate resources, monitor progress and quality, and identify practical ways to improve processes from assembly through to installation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production plans, materials and installation requirements, working with supply chain colleagues to support a smooth flow of work.
• Track schedules, resolve operational issues and keep relevant teams informed of progress and changing priorities.
• Monitor assembly and quality control, address process gaps, and support continuous improvement across production and installation.

Experience Required: Practical coordination, communication and organisational capabilities to manage production and installation tasks, monitor quality, and respond constructively to changing priorities. Hands on knowledge supports effective oversight of assembly and installation work. Excellent communication and microsoft office tools.

Preferred: Experience in the furniture manufacture industry with supply chain processes, alongside strengths in continuous improvement and process improvement will help you contribute to efficient, well-coordinated operations.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
