We are looking for an organised, proactive and technically minded Installation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our installation projects are properly prepared from start to finish. This is an important role within the business. You will be the person making sure our engineers have the right equipment, materials, information and paperwork they need to attend site and complete their work safely and efficiently. If you enjoy being organised, solving problems, keeping things moving and working closely with our service coordinator, engineers and suppliers, this could be a great opportunity to become an important part of a growing business. The Role As Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and coordination of our installation works, as well as supporting our Service Coordinator and servicing engineers with stock and equipment requirements. You will need to be someone who thinks ahead. Rather than waiting for an engineer to tell you they are missing something, we want someone who can look at the upcoming workload, understand what is required and make sure everything is ready before the engineer arrives on site. The role will cover stock and purchasing, installation preparation, RAMS and health & safety documentation, engineer support, administration and working with the Service Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Installation & Project Preparation Review upcoming installation jobs and identify the equipment, materials and consumables required. Ensure all necessary equipment is ordered and available in advance of installation dates. Prepare equipment and materials for engineers and individual projects. Liaise with engineers to understand technical and site-specific requirements. Prepare job packs and ensure engineers have the information they need before attending site. Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to site where required. Identify potential issues or missing requirements before they impact an installation. Work closely with the sales team to ensure installations are properly planned and prepared. RAMS & Health & Safety A key part of the role will be ensuring that installation works are properly documented from a health and safety perspective. You will be responsible for: Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for installation works. Ensuring RAMS are completed and available before engineers attend site. Gathering relevant information about the site and proposed works to ensure documentation is appropriate. Preparing other required health and safety documentation, including site-specific assessments, permits, inductions and customer/principal contractor requirements where applicable. Ensuring engineers have access to the relevant health and safety information before starting work. Keeping records of RAMS and other project documentation. Identifying and escalating any health and safety or site requirements that need further review. Experience of preparing RAMS, risk assessments or method statements within a construction, engineering, security, electrical or similar environment would be highly beneficial. Stock & Purchasing You will take ownership of ensuring our engineers have the stock and equipment they need. This will include: Ordering equipment, materials and consumables for installation and servicing works. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders before items run low. Managing stock allocated to engineers and vehicles. Preparing project-specific equipment and materials. Maintaining accurate stock records. Carrying out regular stock checks and assisting with stocktaking. Tracking deliveries and following up on outstanding orders. Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery dates and issues. Managing urgent or unexpected equipment requirements. Helping to ensure stock is purchased efficiently and unnecessary expenditure is avoided. Coordinate the return, repair or replacement of equipment where required. Administration & Documentation Maintain accurate installation and project records. Prepare and organise job documentation. Keep stock and equipment records up to date. Update internal systems and databases. Maintain equipment lists and relevant product information. Ensure paperwork is completed, organised and filed correctly. Assist with general administration relating to installations. Support the wider team with other operational and administrative tasks as required. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and practical, with the ability to keep multiple jobs moving at the same time. You don't necessarily need to have worked in exactly the same role before. However, you should have experience in a role where planning, coordination, purchasing, stock control, engineering support or health & safety documentation were important parts of your responsibilities. Experience that would be particularly valuable: Installation coordination or project coordination. Engineering or technical administration. Security systems, fire alarm, CCTV, access control or other electronic security. Procurement and supplier management. Stock and inventory management. Preparing RAMS, risk assessments and method statements. Coordinating engineers, contractors or field-based teams. Working with job management or stock control systems. Experience within the security industry would be a significant advantage, but we are also interested in candidates from other technical or engineering environments who have the right skills and attitude. Skills & Personal Qualities We're looking for someone who: Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail. Can manage multiple jobs and priorities at the same time. Is proactive and thinks ahead. Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion. Is comfortable dealing with suppliers and negotiating delivery requirements. Has good written and verbal communication skills. Is confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Can maintain accurate records and documentation. Understands the importance of health and safety compliance. Can read and understand technical information and job requirements. Is comfortable working with engineers and technical teams. Can remain calm and practical when priorities change or something unexpected needs to be resolved. Is willing to get involved and help wherever needed. What You'll Bring to Full Circle Security Systems Limited This isn't a role where you'll simply be processing paperwork. You'll have a direct impact on how efficiently our engineers can operate and how successfully our installation projects are delivered. A good Installation Coordinator will spot a problem before it becomes a problem — whether that's a missing piece of equipment, an outstanding delivery, an incomplete RAMS document, an engineer who needs additional materials or a site requirement that hasn't yet been addressed. You'll become an important link between our engineers, Service Coordinator, customers and suppliers. Why Join Full Circle Security Systems Limited? This is an opportunity to join a growing company where your contribution will be noticed and where you can have a genuine impact on the way the business operates. We are looking for someone who wants to make the role their own, improve the way we work and grow with the business. Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Work Location: In person
