Inspection Engineer

Aximo Training & Consultancy LLC is a leading Third-Party Inspection, Safety Training, and Technical Consultancy company in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Inspection Engineer to lead our Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories Inspection division and support our EIAC accreditation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical operations of the Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories Inspection division.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with applicable international standards, UAE regulations, and ISO/IEC 17020 requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical procedures, inspection methods, quality documentation, and technical records.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to inspection engineers and inspectors.
• Review and approve inspection reports, certificates, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and support EIAC accreditation assessments, surveillance audits, and management system audits.
• Implement corrective actions and drive continual improvement within the inspection management system.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and accreditation bodies on technical matters.
• Support business development by providing technical expertise during client meetings and project discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of UAE/GCC experience in Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories Inspection .
• Strong technical knowledge of cranes, lifting accessories, hoists, load testing, and relevant international inspection standards.
• Thorough understanding of ISO/IEC 17020 requirements.
• Experience with EIAC accreditation processes and audits is highly preferred.
• Excellent technical documentation and report-writing skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead technical teams and maintain the highest standards of inspection quality and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEEA or other internationally recognized lifting inspection qualifications.
• Experience working with an EIAC-accredited Third-Party Inspection Body.
• Previous experience as a Senior Inspection Engineer, Lead Inspector, Technical Engineer, or Technical Manager.
