Inside Sales Supervisor Company: DIA Packaging Location: Huntley, IL Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role DIA Packaging is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the packaging industry to lead and support the inside sales team, manage customer relationships, manage estimation and contribute to profitable sales growth. Key Responsibilities · Supervise, coach, and support the inside sales team. · Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-up. · Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer accounts. · Identify new sales opportunities and support the outside sales. · Prepare accurate pricing, estimates, and quotations for packaging products. · Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping. · Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction. · Track sales performance, pipeline activity, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs). · Resolve Customer issues quickly and professionally Must-Have Qualifications · Packaging industry experience is required. · 3–5+ years of inside sales and/or customer service experience within the packaging industry. · Experience with corrugated products, pallets, crates, industrial packaging, or related products. · Proven ability to lead or supervise a sales or customer service team. · Strong knowledge of B2B sales and quoting. · Strong understanding of pricing, estimates, and customer requirements. · Excellent communication, follow-up, organizational, and organizational skills. · Strong computer, CRM, and ERP skills. · Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
