The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and converting inquiries into paying patients. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the inside sales and patient coordination team. - Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and social media channels. - Convert leads into appointments and treatment bookings. - Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and patient conversion targets. - Monitor and improve lead-to-appointment and treatment conversion rates. - Ensure timely follow-up with prospective patients and maintain accurate CRM records. - Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. - Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize ROI from generated leads. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Deliver exceptional customer service and patient experience. Requirements - Minimum 5 + years of healthcare sales experience in a dental clinic, hospital, medical center, or healthcare organization. - Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets. - Experience managing sales, telesales, or patient coordination teams. - Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - UAE healthcare experience is preferred. - Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
