This is a hands-on B2B sales role . The successful candidate will be responsible for finding potential customers, making cold calls, responding to inquiries, preparing and managing quotations, following up with customers, handling online transactions, and converting opportunities into sales. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESB2B Sales & Business Development Identify and prospect potential B2B customers through cold calling, online research, email, social media, and other channels. Contact potential customers such as contractors, electrical suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, fabricators, construction companies, and industrial businesses . Develop new customer accounts and expand the company's B2B customer base. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers. Reactivate previous and inactive customers to generate repeat business. Sales Quotations Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations based on customer requirements. Prepare quotations for electrical, metal, industrial, and trading products . Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations regarding pricing, product availability, lead time, and delivery . Manage and monitor quotations from preparation through customer decision and order. Follow up consistently on pending quotations and work toward converting them into actual sales. Maintain organized records of quotations, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities. Online Sales & Customer Inquiries Respond to inquiries received through Facebook, Messenger, email, online platforms, and other channels . Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details. Convert online inquiries into quotations and sales opportunities. Coordinate and process online transactions and customer orders. Sales Follow-Up Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, email, messaging, and other appropriate channels . Monitor open quotations and identify opportunities to close sales. Upsell and cross-sell related products when appropriate. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database. Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or college-level education in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, Sales Support, or a similar position is preferred. Experience in electrical, industrial, construction, hardware, metal, engineering, or trading products is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills . Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting for new customers . Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship skills . Able to prepare and manage sales quotations accurately. Computer literate and comfortable using MS Excel, Word, email, and online platforms . Willing and able to learn product specifications and technical information . Organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the sales, purchasing, and operations teams.
