Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (Federal) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our federal client base through consultative selling and strategic outreach. Your expertise in technology sales, CRM software, and client communication will empower you to build strong relationships and close sales opportunities that support our mission of delivering cutting-edge techhology solutions to the Federal Goverment. Duties Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions Manage and update customer information and track sales activities using our internal CRM systems to ensure accurate records Demonstrate product features and technical benefits clearly to prospective clients through phone and email communication Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate solutions Leverage our portfolio of Federal Government contracts and partner with strategic OEMs to respond effectively and efficiently to MRRs, RFIs, and RFQs. Prepare quotes and proposal responses, process orders, manage sales, and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle Requirements 1+ years of technology sales experience, with a focus on the Federal Government a plus Prior experience with HP or Apple products a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly Understanding of Federal procurement cycles and procurement strategies a plus Must be a U.S. Citizen Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
