If you are interested in job opportunities as Innovation Analyst in the Change Management and AI adoption field , read the details below and apply! Your Duties & Responsibilities As part of the team, you will contribute by: - Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the clients. - Planning and executing business analysis (marketing strategy, organizational structure, processes) and designing and implementing organizational models and ways of working that incorporate AI. - Collecting information about the client's business through interviews, surveys, workshops, reports, and process observation — identifying improvement opportunities and GenAI use cases along the way. - Analyzing and interpreting data to identify weaknesses and their causes, and mapping and classifying the resulting use cases by business function, expected impact, benefit, ROI and implementation complexity. - Formulating recommendations and solutions through a structured problem-solving approach, considering the client's needs, capabilities, and limitations, and supporting the client in prioritizing them into a roadmap, with concise reports and clear deliverables. - Organizing and managing specific tasks related to business projects and adoption programs. - Conducting meetings effectively, creating clear and impactful presentations. - Fluency in Italian and English is required. Requirements - Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics , Management, or Engineering. - At least 2-5 years of experience , gained in leading management consulting firms or modernly structured companies. - Daily use of GenAI assistants — primarily Claude and Microsoft Copilot — with working knowledge of the broader tool landscape (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, no-code automation tools). - Experience as a PMO in complex contexts . - Experience in the delivery of process improvement & change & adoption programs. - Aptitude for creative problem-solving . - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (oral and documentations) . - Nice to have: experience facilitating training sessions or workshops with business users. Desired Soft Skills - Curiosity to continuously improve in designing and implementing solutions. - Ability to view new challenges as opportunities to analyze and study. - Motivation to understand our clients’ businesses , their requirements, and deliver results. - Passion for continuous learning and achieving personal goals. - A hands-on, experimental attitude toward new tools: you try things before forming an opinion.
