Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactive, execution-driven Product Owner & Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. In this role, you will sit right at the intersection of business strategy and execution—working directly with executive management and stakeholders to translate ambitious ideas into delivered reality. We don't want a traditional corporate manager who hides behind endless alignment meetings, bureaucratic slide decks, or red tape. We want a high-agency product driver who can take a rough concept, work hand-in-hand with leadership and our young, agile development team, define clear priorities, and make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. What You Will Do - Own Projects & Features End-to-End: Take complete ownership of projects from initial brainstorm through scoping, delivery, and post-launch optimization. - Direct Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with company founders, management, and key stakeholders to flesh out product requirements, challenge assumptions, and prioritize high-impact initiatives. - Drive Idea Generation & Strategy: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, improve user journeys, and expand our crypto-mining ecosystem. - Lead Lean, Agile Execution: Keep our engineering and design teams aligned, focused, and unblocked. Run concise, high-value syncs and sprints without unnecessary meeting overhead. - Guarantee Timely & High-Quality Delivery: Manage roadmaps, set realistic yet ambitious timelines, monitor delivery metrics, and ensure solutions launch as expected. - Cut Through Noise: Replace bureaucratic processes with clear documentation, actionable backlog items, and fast decision-making. Requirements - Proven PO / PM Track Record: Hands-on experience managing digital products or software projects in a fast-paced, startup, or scale-up tech environment. - Anti-Corporate Mindset: You favor quick, asynchronous communication, practical problem-solving, and rapid shipping over endless meetings and corporate ceremony. - Direct Stakeholder Management: Comfortable interfacing directly with senior executives and founders, distilling high-level business goals into concrete project roadmaps. - Technical Fluency & Product Acumen: Strong understanding of how web applications, APIs, databases, and modern UI/UX function, allowing you to communicate effortlessly with developers. - Strong Ownership & Accountability: You treat the product like your own business; you don't wait for instructions—you identify bottlenecks, create solutions, and drive them over the finish line. - Agile Tooling Mastery: Experience using modern project and product tools (e.g., ClickUp, Linear, Jira, Notion) to maintain an organized, prioritized backlog and clear delivery timelines. - Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken); Czech or Slovak is a plus.
