# Infrastructure coordonator **BRP** · Campinas, SP · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator – Network & Infrastructure Deployment to support the delivery of a global Infrastructure transformation program within a large-scale enterprise environment operating across multiple countries and sites. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating deployment activities, managing communications between stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple parallel activities across numerous sites and teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track infrastructure deployment activities across multiple sites and regions. Serve as a central point of contact between project teams, technical resources, vendors, site representatives, and business stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, deployment reviews, readiness assessments, and status updates. Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers, issue trackers, and deployment schedules. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues, or roadblocks. Coordinate deployment windows, change management activities, and communication plans to ensure successful site cutovers. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive summaries for leadership teams. Collaborate closely with network, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support operational readiness activities, including documentation reviews, knowledge transfer, training coordination, and transition to support teams. Ensure compliance with organizational governance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes, reporting practices, and stakeholder communications. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating IT infrastructure, network, or technology projects in a large enterprise environment. Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud services, and related operational processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Experience working with geographically distributed teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. French is considered an asset. Preferred Qualifications / Assets Experience supporting large-scale network transformation, SD-WAN, WAN modernization, or infrastructure deployment projects. Knowledge of ITIL practices, change management, and service transition processes. CAPM, PMP, or other project management certifications are considered an asset. Experience supporting global project delivery within a manufacturing or multi-site enterprise environment. Additional Requirements Ability to work occasional evenings or outside regular business hours to support deployment activities, site cutovers, and collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly and multiple project activities require simultaneous coordination. Willingness to take ownership, proactively follow up on action items, and drive project momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
