The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with solid experience in at least two key infrastructure areas. While expertise across all areas is not required, the candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to develop expertise in new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, cloud environments, servers, and network systems. - Support AWS and other cloud-based environments, including infrastructure, storage, backup, and virtualization. - Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and backup operations. - Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and technical issues. - Support network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and Internet/ISP connectivity. - Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations. - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve IT operational efficiency. - Support the implementation of AI and automation solutions for IT operations. - Perform system administration activities, including monitoring, patching, backup, and access management. - Provide technical support for infrastructure hardware, connectivity, and related services. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal technical teams as required. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure records. - Evaluate and learn new technologies to support the organization’s evolving technical requirements. Key Technical Areas: Candidates should have practical, hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: - Cloud & Infrastructure – AWS, servers, storage, backup, and virtualization. - Network & Security – LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, Internet/ISP connectivity, and network troubleshooting. - Systems Operations – Windows/Linux Server, system monitoring, patching, backup, and access management. - IT Infrastructure Support – Hardware, connectivity, infrastructure support, and vendor coordination. - AI & Automation – AI tools, scripting, workflow automation, APIs, or related technologies. Job Specifications: - 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, systems, network, or related technical roles. - Practical experience in at least two of the key technical areas identified above. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. - Willingness to work across different technical areas and expand existing expertise. - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. - Strong communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills. - Interest in cloud technologies, automation, AI, and emerging technologies. - AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, security, or other relevant certifications are an advantage. - Willingness to pursue relevant certifications and continuously develop technical expertise.
