We are looking for a Software Developer who enjoys solving real business problems and wants to see their work make an impact across production, warehouse, and office teams. What You'll Do Build and improve internal applications that support day-to-day business operations. Create and maintain integrations between our ERP platform and other business systems. Develop solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and web APIs. Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues from root cause through resolution. Test, document, and release dependable code using established development practices. Partner with technical and nontechnical team members to turn business needs into practical solutions. What You'll Bring Professional software development experience in a business environment. Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience building or supporting system integrations and REST APIs. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently. Clear communication, sound documentation habits, and comfort working with people across the business. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Experience with GraphQL, ERP platforms such as Sage X3, Git, Visual Studio, reporting tools, behavior-driven testing, or manufacturing and supply-chain systems.
