The ISSE will support RMF packages, system authorization activities, vulnerability management, security compliance, and ongoing maintenance of Facility Related Control Systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain RMF authorization packages Upload and manage security documentation in eMASS Implement security controls in accordance with STIGs and SRGs Conduct vulnerability scans and generate reports Maintain POA&Ms and support eMASS workflows Review hardware/software lists, network diagrams, security plans, and related RMF artifacts Support system patching, onsite validation, and authorization boundary changes Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across multiple locations Travel nationwide periodically to support site requirements Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field Active Secret clearance required Three years of related military or civilian experience Experience with RMF, eMASS, STIGs, SRGs, and ACAS scanning Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, HVAC control systems, or operational technology Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Join Clark Creative Solutions and help protect mission-critical systems supporting NAVFAC operations.
