Infor Cloudsuite Procurement Analyst
Serve as the Infor Cloud Suite FSM Procurement SME across Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Settle, and Reconciliation-to-Close. Act as the primary liaison between DART business stakeholders, technology teams, and the implementation partner. Own business requirements and ensure they are complete, documented, approved, and aligned with DART objectives. Lead current-state assessment, identifying pain points, customizations, gaps, and opportunities for process standardization and improvement. Lead and validate future-state process design, Infor Cloud Suite FSM configurations, business rules, workflows, and process automations. Evaluate configuration and automation options to reduce manual processes, improve controls, and increase operational efficiency. Challenge implementation-partner recommendations when proposed configurations, workflows, or automations do not align with DART requirements. Lead testing strategy, test scenarios, scripts, Unit Testing, E2E, SIT, and UAT, including validation of configurations and automated processes. Create and define test scenarios, scripts, Unit Testing, E2E, SIT, and UAT, including validation of configurations and automated processes. Support data migration, validate mappings and converted data, and serve as the functional source of truth for the Data Architect. Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix, develop training/job aids, and proactively manage risks, data issues, gaps, dependencies, configurations, and process automation decisions. Required Demonstrated expertise in Lawson and Infor CloudSuite applications, including Infor Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Landmark, and experience with documentation, data validation, and reconciliation activities. Preferred Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Infor Birst reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions supporting Infor Procurement ERP processes.
