Industrial Refrigeration - General Manager

Job Purpose:

Our client is looking for General Manageral with Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Refrigeration / Industrial Engineering in Dubai. The General Manager with serves as the highest-ranking executive within company and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, performance, and strategic direction of the organization. The role provides oversight of all business functions, including Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Projects, Service & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, and Quality.

The General Manager is accountable for delivering sustainable growth, operational excellence, people performance, profitability, and long-term value creation while ensuring full alignment with the strategic objectives and governance requirements of Client’s Group.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Refrigeration / Industrial Engineering is a must

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience within industrial refrigeration, HVAC-R, cold storage, engineering contracting, or related industries.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in a senior executive leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience managing full Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams across sales, engineering, projects, service, and support functions.
