This is a purely internship/OJT position designed for students who are looking to apply their Industrial Engineering knowledge in a professional work environment. OJT Allowance: ₱200 per day Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing and improving existing business processes and workflows. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collect, organize, and analyze operational data. Prepare reports, process maps, and process documentation. Assist in monitoring productivity and performance metrics. Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects. Coordinate with different teams to gather data and requirements. Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other tasks related to Industrial Engineering and assigned OJT activities. About You Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Must be eligible to complete an OJT/internship requirement . Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the school. Basic knowledge of process improvement, data analysis, and workflow optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams. Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation is preferred. Important Internship Requirement This position is strictly for internship/OJT purposes. Applicants must have an existing school-issued MOA that can be submitted for company review. Only applicants with a MOA will be processed for this internship opportunity.
