The role involves working closely with Project Managers, Project Leads, and technical staff, as well as coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders throughout the proposal process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and submit project proposals, Variation Orders (VOs), and supporting documents . Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Leads, and technical staff to gather required proposal inputs. Maintain proposal databases, templates, costing references, and other business development records. Prepare proposal estimates and cost justifications using available project data and references. Attend client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and proposal negotiations as required. Review and coordinate subcontractor quotations, CSAs, NDAs, contracts, and other related documents . Respond to proposal-related client inquiries and requests for clarification. Prepare marketing presentations, accreditation documents, pre-qualification submissions, and other business development materials. Turn over awarded proposal documents and relevant information to Project Leads. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance of proposal records. Perform other related business development and proposal support tasks as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering Preferably 1–3 years of experience in proposal preparation, business development, project coordination, or related work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple proposals, requirements, and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision. Willing to work on-site in Quezon City .
