This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and structured training in production processes, quality control, maintenance coordination, and operational excellence. The Cadet Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to support daily manufacturing activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects. Participate in troubleshooting production and machinery-related issues. Help maintain production documentation, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. Conduct time studies, process mapping, and data analysis for performance enhancement. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices. Support new product development and process trials. Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CAD software or ERP systems (added advantage). Required Qualifications The company is looking for Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering graduate. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial systems. Understanding of quality control tools and production planning concepts. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
