The primary focus of this role is creating modern, engaging content for social media, including Reels, Stories, TikToks, photography, and short-form video. The role will also support the brand’s visual communication through graphic design, creating posters, promotional materials, digital collateral, and other marketing assets. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, understands beauty and lifestyle content, keeps up with social media trends, and can take an idea from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Content Creation * Create high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Reels, and other digital platforms * Film and edit in-salon content across hair, nails, skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments * Capture transformations, service highlights, before-and-afters, behind-the-scenes moments, and day-to-day salon content * Develop creative content concepts that align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives * Stay updated with current social media, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends * Adapt trends creatively while maintaining a consistent premium brand aesthetic * Coordinate and execute content shoots with salon staff, models, influencers, and partners * Organize and maintain a structured, easily accessible content library Graphic Design * Design social media posts, Stories, promotional creatives, posters, flyers, and digital marketing collateral * Create visual assets for campaigns, promotions, events, partnerships, and in-salon communications * Design supporting materials such as service menus, offer cards, digital invitations, signage, and other brand collateral when required * Ensure all visual materials follow the brand’s guidelines, including typography, colour palette, imagery, and overall aesthetic * Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats * Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to translate campaign concepts into strong visual assets Collaboration & Marketing Support * Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager on monthly content plans, campaigns, launches, and promotions * Work closely with salon teams to identify content opportunities across different services * Coordinate with influencers and external partners when required for content creation * Support campaign rollouts with both video/photo content and graphic assets * Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand’s social media presence and overall visual identity Requirements * Experience creating content in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, or luxury industries * Strong mobile videography and photography skills * Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar * Proficiency in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools * Ability to create professional posters, social media creatives, promotional materials, and digital collateral * Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and content styles * Strong visual sense with an understanding of lighting, composition, framing, typography, and storytelling * Ability to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across both video and graphic content * Comfortable working in a fast-paced salon environment and capturing content on-site * Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently * Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and premium brands * Portfolio of previous content creation and graphic design work is required What We Offer * Creative and trend-focused work environment * Opportunity to build and shape the visual presence of a growing premium beauty brand * Hands-on experience with real campaigns, launches, collaborations, and events * Exposure to content creation across multiple beauty and wellness categories * Opportunity to develop both content creation and creative design skills * Growth opportunities within a growing beauty business Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): - Do you have professional experience creating social media content for the beauty industry? - Can you share a portfolio or active social media page show casing your work?
