Conduct in-person / virtual training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system effectively. Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience. Work closely with the Tech & QA team to resolve any technical issues that arise during or after implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the client. Collaborate with the Product team by sharing valuable user feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement. Create & Update comprehensive user training materials and guides to support clients in their ongoing use of the software. Provide clients with regular updates on the implementation progress, maintaining transparency and keeping the project on track. Lead webinars to train multiple clients simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and ensuring a broad understanding of the software's capabilities.
